IC PERMISSIONS

PHYSICAL CONTACT: He generally does not touch people who are strangers to him unless it is unavoidable (i.e., saving someone, healing them, being in a crowd). Culturally, he finds it disrespectful to be all over someone's personal space. However, with close friends and certain acquaintances, it's all good. He's a friendly and affectionate person after all, enjoys hugs just fine and is fond of pets.

Surprising him or unexpected actions can trigger a defensive response, because Lin Lie's first instinct is to lash out. Even his best friend got a punch to the face because he purposely scared him, and Lie didn't realize it was him.

PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Yup! He's a hero, and fighting is what he does. This man knows how to defend himself and is stronger than he looks. Just please discuss it with me beforehand so we can work things out.

RELATIONSHIPS: Lin Lie could always use more friends and mentors for sure, and I love chars having all sort of relationships, even fun negative cr. He's single, something even friends playfully mock him about. Romance/sex are more than welcome too if the characters click. He's never properly romanced someone or been romanced/flirted on first, so he doesn't have experience with those sorts of things. Please be patient.

PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Apparently he has strong mental defenses thanks to the Iron Fist / his chi that mostly work against being mind-controlled. Less so about telepathy. A psychic analysis of him might be pretty open, though: lots of worries about his family, the duty of his legacy, and a ton of self-doubt.

MAGICAL INFORMATION: Anyone with the ability to detect these things might notice that not only is there magic coursing through Lin Lie's body, but there are two different kinds that are in conflict at times. He can also sense magic to a degree due to both the Iron fist and the Fu xi shards; the latter ache/resonate with nearby magics depending if they're negative or positive.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: Due to the shards of the Sword of Fu Xi being embedded in his arms, Lin Lie suffers from chronic pain and agony. Sometimes his hands tremble so much that he can't even pick up a pair of chopsticks or lift a teacup.

OOC PERMISSIONS

BACKTAGGING: All good. Life is busy, time is fake, this is a hobby that should be for fun and not and obligation.

THREADHOPPING: It depends on the circumstances. Generally, it can be a lot of fun, but don't do it if the thread is serious or locked.

FOURTHWALLING: I'm okay with it if it's ic for the character doing the 4th walling, like with Deadpool, Gweenpool, or Miguel O'hara. But just people being 'ey, you are a comic character in my universe' or knowing his life story without a good reason...then I'd rather not.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Detailed descriptions of harm to animals or eye injuries. Please don't.
